Switch to Sweden - Data Driven Talent Attraction: A European Talent Map
Anna works as a Community & Employer Branding Manager at Linköping Science Park in Linköping, Sweden. Today, the lack of talent is one of the biggest challenges for knowledge based companies. Anna believes that by utilizing international talent, they can create the conditions to ensure Swedish competitiveness and can support the companies need for talent. Anna is the project leader of Switch to Sweden, a national, Vinnova funded initiative with the aim to increase the number of qualified matches between international academic talents who are already in Sweden and recruiting companies.
In her position at Linköping Science Park Anna supports companies by attracting talents to the Science Park, the region and the country as well as creating value for those who already act in the tech industry in the region.
